I’m a growth and operations strategist with 15 years of content, events and audience development experience in the US, Asia and Latin America.
Clients usually bring me in during moments of change—when they’re launching, pivoting, or reorganizing—and need a fresh lens to get unstuck. I help them zoom out, align on what matters, and structure what’s next: a sharper pitch, a launch that lands or systems that scale.
I’ve led narrative and ops at CoinDesk, built affiliate and content systems at Find.co, and supported early-stage teams like Connect Puerto Rico and Velas Commerce through rebrands, messaging resets and go-to-market planning.

Teams often start with a strong idea of what they want to build—but only a vague sense of who it's for. I help reorient that conversation. I build systems that replace meeting chaos, duplicate spreadsheets and buried docs with clear workflows that people actually use. That might mean an Airtable that triggers Slack alerts when a campaign moves stages, or a dashboard that shows execs what’s shipping this week, without the need for manually updating a slide deck.
At CoinDesk, I supported strategic and operational alignment for editorial, product, marketing and events teams as headcount grew from 30 to 200. For CoinDesk TV, that meant designing a centralized Airtable workflow system that tracked every segment, from initial booking to social distribution, automatically triggering Slack alerts at each milestone. And by building a cross-functional department designed to align strategy and content execution, I ensured initiatives consistently mapped to company priorities and delivered measurable impact.
I analyze real behavior, automate the handoffs and build simple dashboards that increase visibility without interrupting flow. The result is fewer blockers, clearer accountability and more productive use of limited team resources. Execs get a clean view of what’s moving, while teams spend less time chasing updates and more time doing the work.

Founder Seed Pitch
Worked with a solo founder whose pitch blended infrastructure, content and tech ideals without anchoring in clear user or investor logic. We clarified the core value to creators and readers, reframed monetization and simplified the ask.
Protocol Ecosystem Rebrand
Supported a protocol team pivoting from L1 infrastructure to a cross-chain DeFi platform. Led a full narrative overhaul, redefined brand and PR materials and structured a multi-voice strategy across team roles.
CoinDesk – DESK Token Launch
Led the communications rollout of CoinDesk's social token, including onboarding content, community messaging and support flows. Built a hybrid customer service system that integrated with event operations.
